Scaling is a core game mechanic in NodeCore. It allows the player to scale sheer faces. To activate Scaling, you must pummel the face you want to scale with Mouse2 until a Scaling node appears. Scaling nodes are designated by a dark particle effect that shows on whatever block face you chose. You can use a Scaling node the same way you use a Ladder. Scaling nodes will disappear after a while or if you go too far away.
