An eggcorn is a node that can be grown into a tree.
Obtaining
Eggcorns can be broken using any tool, and will drop themselves upon breaking.
Leaves
When fresh leaves are broken, their base chance of dropping an eggcorn is 5%. However, this decreases with distance from the tree trunk, and increases the closer you go to the trunk of the tree.
Usage
Eggcorns can be planted to grow a tree. However, it is not as simple as placing the eggcorn on dirt.
To plant an eggcorn:
- Dig a hole in the ground - such that you have a one-node-deep hole with a dirt node as it's base/flooring. With loose dirt in your inventory:
- Plant the eggcorn on the bottom piece of dirt.
- Place the loose dirt on top of the eggcorn, and move away.
- Remember to observe the eggcorn's plant location.
- Enjoy your new tree eventually.
