Obtaining
If you stand next to a Flux flow with an infused tool in your hand, it will become boosted and be able to pick up grass.
Usages
If you want to get grass onto an isolated place and you do not want to build a Dirt bridge for grass to cross you can just get a few grass blocks and carry them over.
You can also turn it into dirt…
