- MODERATION TEAM AUTHORITY
1. Moderators have broad discretion in interpretation and enforcement of rules.
2. No attempting to circumvent moderator actions.
3. Use the "/admin" command to find available moderators.

5. No spam, illegal or NSFW content.
6. No offensive/degrading terms, or otherwise hateful comments.
7. No trolling or inciting controversy.
8. No dating, role-playing or excessive intimacy in chat.
9. No sharing of personally-identifying information without explicit consent.
10. Mature language/topics may be allowed in chat, in moderation. Reader discretion advised.
11. 'English language only'; unfortunately we do not have the resources to moderate other languages at this time.
12. No gameplay spoilers in public chat. Spoilers via DM by consent only.

13. Cooperative/peaceful play only.
14. Respect other players' builds and property.
15. New players should learn some basic game mechanics before attempting to plan a build.
16. Claim space for your build by building an obvious structure.
17. Do not block, surround, crowd, or overbear or undercut another's property.
18. The town surrounding spawn is "owned" by a team of server moderators and delegates. Ask before building within or immediately outside the wall.
19. Mining in town is allowed directly below your own property only.
20. Builds considered "abandoned" may be subject to eminent domain, improvement, or removal.
21. Builds closer to spawn are generally subject to stricter moderation. Build farther away for more freedom.
22. Builds closer to spawn should avoid "spoilers". Keep machines and high-tier items covered/hidden.

GAMEPLAY HINTS
Chat sounds are enabled by default. If you want to disable them, you can use "/szutil_chatsounds 0". See https://bit.ly/2X0Xtul for full documentation on this command.
Available "protection" mechanisms on this server are highly limited. This server runs the YCTIWY mod, and your inventory items remain in-world and exposed when you log out. To keep property more private, build farther away from spawn and don't leave your valuables out in the open. The effort required to clear a simple obstacle like a stone wall is generally higher than most thieves or irresponsible borrowers have proven willing to show.
Fast teleportation is available via telecodes, but you can't bring any items with you (they'll be dropped and left behind). See https://bit.ly/3d1S5fV for instructions on how to use telecodes.
This world is extremely limited in size (though future expansion is possible). There is no death/respawn in NodeCore, so if you wander away from the spawn area, you'll need to either walk back, or leave your stuff and use a telecode to return.
