Some crafting recipes require the player to 'Pummel' a node.

To Pummel, punch repeatedly without breaking the node being pummelled.

Pummelling is not super fast, just under a second per punch.

Pummelling is time-based, so punching faster will not speed up the pummel.

Item being held, target's face, and any surrounding nodes may matter in some recipes.

Some recipes call for pummelling stacks, but keep in mind that exact item count may matter.

If a recipe exists for your pummel, you will see special particle effects appear.
