Injury

You can get injured from falling, burning and suffocating. Your slots will break for awhile when you receive damage, the more damage you take the more slots will be unavailable to you and result in your items being dropped.
Being exposed to radiation will slowly block your slots, by cleaning yourself they will return to normal.
